2026 Florida Family Program Schedule

Day 1:  Wednesday, November 25, 2026

• 10 am- 3 pm arrive at Orlando Int. Airport           

• 4:00 pm        Depart for Crystal River, FL

• 6:30 pm        Dinner at Plantation Inn and Gulf Resort

Day 2:  Thursday, November 26 (Happy Thanksgiving)

• 6-6:30 am     Breakfast

• 6:45 am        Meet at Adventure Dive Shop

• 7:30-10 am  Manatee Snorkel

• 11-12 pm        Lunch

• 12:45-4 pm   Rainbow River snorkel                                  

• 5:30 pm        Manatee talk

• 6:30 pm        Thanksgiving Dinner @ Plantation Inn

Day 3:  Friday, November 27

• 7:30 am        Breakfast

• 9-11:30 am    Walking Tour 3 Sisters Nat’l Refuge

• 11:30-12:15   Lunch

• 12:30-1:00     Talk on Florida History and Geology

• 1:30 pm        Depart for Devil’s Den snorkel

• 6:30 pm        Dinner

Day 4:  Saturday, November 28

• 6-6:45 am     Breakfast

• 7:15 am        Pick up gear @ dive shop

• 7:45-10 am    Snorkel with Manatees in Crystal River

• 11:30 am       Lunch

• 12:30-3 pm   Ellie Schiller Wildlife Park

• 3:30 pm        Archaeological Park tour

• 6:30 pm        Dinner

Day 6:  Sunday, November 29

• 7:00 am        Departure for Orlando/Discovery Cove

• 8:45 am        Discovery Cove arrival

• ?                       Depart for Orlando airport*

·       *Departures from Discovery Cove to MCO can be staggered depending on flight departure times but will leave no later than 4 pm. For guests staying in Orlando after the program ends, we can help to arrange a hotel but participants are responsible for the costs.  Sea Star Explorations reserves the right to make changes to this schedule to fit the needs of the venues.
